House rules

Dear Guest,

We are very pleased to welcome you to our accommodation. To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and trouble-free as possible, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

  1. Arrival and Departure: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 11:00 AM. If you require a different time, please let us know in advance.
  2. Noise and Quiet Hours: Our neighbors are important to us. Please avoid loud noises between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This includes loud music and television.
  3. Key Care: Please handle the keys with care. A fee may be charged in case of loss.
  4. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas.
  5. Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our accommodation. We appreciate your understanding.
  6. Parties and Events: Parties, loud music, or events are not permitted in the apartment. Please respect the peace and privacy of our neighbors.
  7. Visitors: Additional guests who are not part of the booking should not stay overnight. Short-term visitors are allowed only after prior agreement with us.
  8. Trash and Recycling: Please dispose of your trash regularly in the designated bins. Information on waste separation can be found in the information folder in the apartment.
  9. Safety: Please make sure to lock the apartment and close all windows when leaving. This is for your own safety and the protection of your personal belongings.
  10. Damages: We understand that accidents can happen. Please inform us immediately if anything is damaged so we can address it as quickly as possible.
  11. Furnishings: Please treat the furniture and furnishings with care and avoid rearranging or damaging them.
  12. Energy Saving: We are environmentally conscious and kindly ask you to turn off lights and electronic devices when not in use or when leaving the apartment.
  13. Child-Friendly: Our accommodation is child-friendly.
  14. Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes to help maintain cleanliness.
  15. Departure: Upon departure, please place all used towels in the laundry basket and remove any personal food items from the refrigerator.
  16. Respectful Coexistence: We kindly ask for respectful treatment of the furnishings and the neighborhood. If you have any questions or need further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
