Hostly24 by Camille Pieume (hereinafter "the Host")

2. Scope

These terms apply to all direct bookings via website, email, or telephone and related services for short-term apartment rentals.

3. Contract Formation

The accommodation contract is concluded when the guest submits a binding booking request and the Host issues a booking confirmation. By booking, the guest accepts these terms.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The total amount must be paid before arrival as stated in the booking confirmation. The Host may require a security deposit.

5. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in and check-out at agreed times

• Contactless check-in may apply

• Late check-out may incur additional charges

6. Use of the Accommodation

• Residential use only

• Maximum occupancy as booked

• No parties, events, or commercial use

• House rules and quiet hours must be respected

7. Guest Liability

The guest is liable for any damage caused by themselves or accompanying persons. Any damage must be reported immediately.

8. Host Liability

The Host is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for force majeure events.

9. Cancellation / No-show

The agreed cancellation policy applies. No refund is granted in case of no-show without cancellation.

10. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is used solely for contract execution, communication, and legal obligations. Further details are provided in the Privacy Policy on the website.

11. Final Provisions

German law applies. Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of the remaining terms. Place of jurisdiction is the Host's registered office, where legally permitted.
